Latina Lab -working at Arasen (08.12.2009)
It was very busy day. As those days are the last before our Seminar we are still working on ours presentation. Today we did not go to Latina Lab. We have been working from 10 am to 11pm in my place. We have still things to improve tomorrow, but we have seen now more clear how our presentations look like.
Work group today was very good. Of course in some moments we have seen the differences in express the ideas…and ones again it was because of the thinking and how Hofstede said software of the mind – culture.
I can seen and I am very happy because of that how our way of collaboration improved. We are not shat at each other J but we are trying to listen more carefully to each other….
I understood why could be like this during the collaboration on this task.
I will continue the thinking ….
